Principals must complete an announced or unannounced observation in order for the teacher to access the Post-Observation form in TEAMS.
Once the principal completes an observation, the "Post-Observation:" link will become enabled on the teacher's Observations and Artifacts page. The teacher must navigate to the Observations and Artifacts page and click on the Post-Observation link to access the Post-Observation form shown below.
NOTE: This link will say "Post-Observation: No" if the teacher has not yet filled out the Post-Observation form. The link will say "Post-Observation: Yes" if the teacher has saved or submitted the form. Regardless of the status of the form, the teacher may always click on the "Post-Observation:" link to access it. The principal will not be able to access the form until the teacher clicks Submit to submit it.
Similar to the Pre-Observation form, the teacher can type their answers into the text areas and scroll down to the Save button to save their input. The principal will not see the form until the teacher clicks Submit to submit it. To submit the form, the teacher can scroll to the bottom and click Submit. The teacher can click Submit to submit the Post-Observation form multiple times.
Once the teacher has clicked Submit to submit the form, the principal may access the Post-Observation Conference form by going to the teacher's Observations and Artifacts page and clicking on the same "Post-Observation: Yes" link.
