Principal Guide to Viewing Past Strengths and Recommendations

Principals can view strengths and recommendations text from a teacher's past observations while filling out the observation text.

To view the past strengths and recommendations, go to the Professional Practice landing page and click on the teacher's name to get to their Observations & Artifacts page. Start a new observation or click on the edit (pencil) icon to open and edit an existing observation.

Click the 'View Past Strengths and Recommendations' link in the upper right side of the observation text input field, as shown below.

The Past Strengths and Recommendations window will appear as shown below. Scroll down to read through all of the teacher's past strengths and recommendations text that was entered by other observers. Click the Close button to close the window.
