Principals can use the VP Dashboard to access or leave a comment on a vice principal or administrative assistant's End of Year evaluation worksheet.
Ready Status Report
The ready status report will provide a summary of the scores that the vice principal or administrative assistant has for their evaluation in the selected year. The report is made available as a CSV file download on the VP Dashboard.
To download the report, log into TEAMS and go to Dashboard > VP Dashboard. When the page loads, select the school year that you would like to view scores from and click the Excel icon (shown below) in the upper right side of the page to download the report.
Access Administrative Assistant End of Year Worksheet
To view a vice principal or administrative assistant's end of year worksheet, log into the Evals Hub and hover your cursor over the Dashboards main menu item > then click on the VP Dashboard submenu item.
The VP Dashboard will appear as shown below. Use the search filter at the top right of the page to search for a specific vice principal or administrative assistant. Use the year filter to view data from previous years.
If the vice principal or administrative assistant has fulfilled all of their evaluation requirements then the Status column will display a gold star to indicate that the user is now 'Ready'. The columns on the right side of the table indicate whether or not the domain score has been fulfilled. Clicking on the icon in the columns will take you to the corresponding page, for example clicking on the 'P1' star icon will take you to the complete project 1 page for the user in that row.
To view the End of Year form, locate the user in the 'School Admin for End of Year' droplist. Select their name and click on the 'End of Year Evaluations' button (shown below).
The end of year form will open in a new browser tab as shown below.
Add a Comment to the Vice Principal or Administrative Assistant's End of Year Form
To add a comment to a principal or administrative assistant's end of year form, go to the VP Dashboard and locate the user's name in the "School Admin for End of Year" droplist, then click the "End of Year Evaluations" button.
The form will open in a new browser tab. Scroll down to the School Administrator's Comments text area and enter your comments. Click the 'Save & Continue' button to save your comment. The principal or administrative assistant will receive an email notifying them that the school administrator has added their comment to the form.
Please note: After principal saves their comment, the principal and administrative assistant can no longer comment on the form. If the vice principal or administrative assistant comments first, the principal at their school will still be able to add the comment. The principal's comment "locks" the form, meaning that the vice principal or administrative assistant can no longer add or edit their comment if the principal has added a comment.
