District administrators can use the District School Administrator's Dashboards to access principal, vice principal, or administrative assistant End of Year evaluation worksheets.
Ready Status Report
The ready status report will provide a summary of the scores that the principal, vice principal, or administrative assistant has for their evaluation in the selected year. The report is made available as a CSV file download on the District School Administrator's Dashboard.
To download the report, log into TEAMS and go to Dashboard > District School Administrator's Dashboard. When the page loads, select the school year that you would like to view scores from and click the Excel icon (shown below) in the upper right side of the page to download the report.
Access Principal, Vice Principal, or Administrative Assistant End of Year Worksheet
To view the principal, vice principal, or administrative assistant's end of year worksheet, log into the Evals Hub and hover your cursor over the Dashboards main menu item > then click on the District School Administrator's Dashboard submenu item.
The District School Administrator's Dashboard will appear as shown below. Use the search filter at the top right of the page to search for a specific principal, vice principal, or administrative assistant. Use the year filter to view data from previous years.
If the principal, vice principal, or administrative assistant has fulfilled all of their evaluation requirements then the Status column will display a gold star to indicate that the user is now 'Ready'. The columns on the right side of the table indicate whether or not the domain score has been fulfilled. Clicking on the icon in the columns will take you to the corresponding page, for example clicking on the 'P1' star icon will take you to the complete project 1 page for the user in that row.
To view the End of Year form, locate the user in the 'School Admin for End of Year' droplist. Select their name and click on the 'End of Year Evaluations' button (shown below).
The end of year form will open in a new browser tab as shown below.
Add an Administrator Comment on the Principal End of Year Form
To add an administrator's comment to a principal's end of year form, go to the District School Administrator's Dashboard and locate the principal's name in the "School Admin for End of Year" droplist, then click the "End of Year Evaluations" button.
The form will open in a new browser tab. Scroll down to the School Administrator's Comments text area and enter your comments. Scroll down the form and click the 'Save & Continue' button to save your comment. The principal will receive an email notifying them that the administrator has added their comment to the form.
Please note: After the administrator saves their comment, the principal can no longer comment on the form. If the principal comments first, the administrator will still be able to add the comment. The administrator's comment "locks" the form, meaning that the principal can no longer add or edit their comment if the administrator has added a comment.
