Principals can select the desired teacher to print the Mid-Year Evaluation Worksheet or End of Year Evaluation Worksheet. Note that these work based on the selected year in the upper right side of the dashboard.
If the teacher is not in a 'Ready' state, the End of Year Evaluations worksheet will not be available. The ready status is indicative of whether or not the teacher has had their minimum required scores fulfilled based on their score type. If at any time the principal is unaware of the teacher's scores, they may use the Ready Status Report, SLO Summary Report, and/or the Professional Practice Summary report to view all existing score data for a single teacher.
The principal must select a teacher name from the drop list in order to enable the Mid-Year Evaluations or End of Year Evaluations buttons, Figure 17 depicts this for the Mid-Year Evaluations list and button.
After choosing a name from either the Teacher for Mid Year or Teacher for End of Year list, the corresponding button beneath the list will turn light blue, as depicted in Figure 18. The principal can click on the Mid Year Evaluations button in Figure 19 to view the mid-year form for the selected teacher.
