The Teacher Dashboard will display different blocks based on the teacher's score type. The sub-sections below will describe which blocks display per score type.
Standard
All domain scores are required for Standard score type teachers. The domains listed below must have scores in order for the teacher's evaluation process to be considered as "ready" for completion. Once the scores below are fulfilled, the teacher will be able to access their End of Year worksheet.
Professional Practice
- Domain 1, Planning and Preparation: at least 5 domain components must have a score
- Domain 2, Classroom Environment: at least 4 domain components must have a score
- Domain 3, Instruction: at least 4 domain components must have a score
- Domain 4, Professional Responsibilities : at least 5 domain components must have a score
- Conditions based on Cohort:

- For SY 2016 – 2017, Cohort 1 uses Professional Practice scores from the Professional Practice sub-module
- Must have 2 observations in domain 2 and domain 3 from the current school year
- For SY 2016 – 2017, Cohort 2 uses Professional Practice scores from SY 2014 – 2015
- Must have 2 observations in domain 2 and domain 3 from SY 2014 - 2015
- For SY 2016 – 2017, Cohort 3 uses Professional Practice scores from SY 2015 – 2016
- Must have 2 observations in domain 2 and domain 3 from SY 2015 - 2016
- For SY 2016 – 2017, Cohort 1 uses Professional Practice scores from the Professional Practice sub-module

Student Growth
- Teacher SLO 1
- Teacher SLO 2
- School SLO 1

The teacher may not be able to access or fill out their End of Year form until these scores are fulfilled. When the scores are fulfilled, the Teacher Dashboard will appear as shown in Figure 11 and the teacher can click on any block to view details on that score.

ILT/Portfolio
No Professional Practice scores are required for ILT or Portfolio score type teachers, but all Student Growth (Portfolio, School SLO 1 and 2, and SMDI) are required. The domains listed below must have scores in order for the teacher's evaluation process to be considered as "ready" for completion. Once the scores below are fulfilled, the teacher will be able to access their End of Year worksheet.

The teacher may not be able to access or fill out their End of Year form until these scores are fulfilled. When the scores are fulfilled, the Teacher Dashboard will appear as shown in Figure 12 and the teacher can click on any block to view details on that score.

New Hire
No Student Growth scores are required for New Hire score type teachers, but all Professional Practice domain scores (listed below) are required. The domains listed below must have scores in order for the teacher's evaluation process to be considered as "ready" for completion. Once the scores below are fulfilled, the teacher will be able to access their End of Year worksheet.
