When a principal submits a walkthrough to a teacher, the teacher will receive an email to inform them that the walkthrough is available for teacher feedback.
The email includes instructions on how to access the walkthrough and submit their teacher reflection. When teachers submit their reflection, the observer will receive an email notification to let them know that the teacher has submitted their feedback.

Teachers can access their Walkthroughs by logging into the Evals Hub and clicking on the 'Walkthroughs' main menu item. All of their Walkthroughs will be listed on the 'Walkthroughs' page, as shown below.
NOTE: Only Walkthroughs marked as "Submitted to Teacher", "Submitted to Principal", or "Completed" will be displayed here.
The left side of the page will provide a summary of the current Submitted to Teacher and Completed status Walkthroughs. The right side of the page will list all of the teacher's Walkthroughs. Teachers cannot open a Walkthrough that is of status "Submitted to Principal", but they can open any other Walkthrough listed by clicking on either the date or 'W' icon on the right side of the page.
Part of the Walkthrough process involves teachers posting their reflection on the Walkthrough before the principal can set it to "Completed" status. When the Walkthrough is ready for teacher reflection, the principal will place it in a status called 'Submitted to Teacher'. These Walkthroughs will be displayed on the teacher's Walkthroughs page. The teacher must take action before the Walkthrough can be set to "Completed".
To post a reflection on the 'Submitted to Teacher' Walkthrough, the teacher must go to the Walkthroughs page and locate the desired Walkthrough form. The status must be "Submitted to Teacher". The teacher can then click on either the Walkthrough date or the 'W' icon to open it, as shown below.
When the Walkthrough form loads, the teacher must scroll down to the bottom to access the Teacher Reflection, shown below.
Teachers can click on the pencil icon in the upper right side of the text box to enter their reflection. The text input field can be viewed in full-screen mode if they click the full-screen icon in the upper right side of the text block.
Teachers can also select any of the checkboxes that apply, and if they wish to receive a Professional Development session they can enter the date in the field beneath the checkboxes. Teacher input is saved automatically. When the teacher is done, they must click 'Submit to Principal' to send the Walkthrough back to the principal for review and completion.
NOTE: No changes can be made to the Walkthrough while it is in "Submitted to Principal" status.
Once the principal sets the Walkthrough to "Complete", the teacher will be able to access, view, and print it via their Walkthroughs page as shown below.
